Power Smoothie


There’s no denying my morning green smoothie is one of the healthiest habits I have established. The benefits are endless and when made properly, you can feel the essence of health surging throughout your body.


You may be wondering what makes these green smoothies so beneficial?


Where do I start?!


Smoothies are packed with macros! Macronutrients are high in nutrients for fat loss/ muscle gain, low in calories and dense in vitamins and minerals. Many of my clients notice a huge difference in energy levels due to the combination of lean proteins, healthy fats and simple/ complex carbohydrates.


Including fiber will help improve digestion. My favorite smoothie fiber options include fruits, seeds, avocado, grains, and leafy greens. Leafy green veggies are also an excellent source of antioxidants which protect the body from damage caused by free radicals, while also boosting immunity and reducing the risk of chronic diseases.


Another important benefit is improved skin clarity! Did you know you can add collagen peptides into your smoothie which will improve skin’s clarity and firmness giving your skin a more youthful glow?

Spinach is my favorite green leafy veggie because it is somewhat flavorless once blended with other ingredients.
